What to Expect in a Session
We begin seated, taking time to talk and settle in. This allows you to arrive fully and share what feels important. When you’re ready, we move to the massage table.
You remain full clothed.
Touch is always offered with your consent.
Sessions move at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
Touch points may include the feet, lower back and hips, shoulders, neck, and head.
I guide you gently throughout the session so you feel supported and informed each step of the way.
We listen together to what your body may be expressing and allow space for softening, integration, and regulation.
