What to Expect in a Session

  • We begin seated, taking time to talk and settle in. This allows you to arrive fully and share what feels important. When you’re ready, we move to the massage table.

  • You remain full clothed.

  • Touch is always offered with your consent.

  • Sessions move at a pace that feels comfortable to you.

  • Touch points may include the feet, lower back and hips, shoulders, neck, and head.

  • I guide you gently throughout the session so you feel supported and informed each step of the way.

  • We listen together to what your body may be expressing and allow space for softening, integration, and regulation.
